Bewelcome Real Estate makes compliance with data protection legislation, namely Law 83/2017 of 18 August, an ethical value that shapes its activity, and adopts all necessary measures to ensure that customers’ personal data are treated securely, and which are used only to the extent strictly necessary.

We commit to collect only the personal data that is necessary to maintain commercial relations between the two parties, which will be obtained through the elements provided by the customer, information compiled by our employees and consultations made to the website www.bewelcomerealestate.pt.

 

Bewelcome Real Estate uses your personal data, essentially, in the following situations: entering into the various types of contracts, collecting and providing information, communications about direct marketing and the dissemination of events and other actions carried out by our company.

To access or delete your personal data, just send an email to geral@bewelcomerealestate.pt, requesting this change of situation. Received this order, Bewelcome Real Estate will proceed, immediately, to the data cancellation and its blocking, but maintaining them with the sole and exclusive purpose of ensuring the fulfillment of legal or contractual obligations.

 

 

Retention of Personal Data

Personal data of customers will be kept only as long as necessary. However, when determining their retention period, the following time limits must be taken into accounts:

·      The term of the contract;

·      The time required to manage our business relationships;

·      The period in which the user account is active, plus the 5 years following its closure;

·      The legal obligations to which we are subject.
